•  Alert Solutions Parent Notification System

    Starting for the 2017-2018 school year the Williamsport Area School District is working with Swiftk12 to utillize their Alert Solutions Parent Notification System.
     
    The Williamsport Area School District uses this tool to keep families informed in emergency situations, when school delays or closings occur, to share important information in regard to events at your child’s school, and to report lunch balances, and attendance information.

    The Alert Solutions system is used sparingly to share information with families and uses the contact information (cell and home #’s) provided to the school district by you at the beginning of each school year, or when your child was enrolled at WASD.
     
    With this new alert system parents can now use the districts PowerSchool parent portal to edit their preferences on how they would like to be contacted for specific message types, and can update their contact information by editing home/cell and email addresses.
