Discrimination is inconsistent with the rights of students and the educational and programmatic goals of the Williamsport Area School District, and is prohibited at or, in the course of, school district-sponsored programs or activities, including transportation to or from school or school-sponsored activities.
The Williamsport Area School District does not discriminate on the basis of sex and prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity that it operates, as required by Title IX and its regulations, including in admission and employment.
