Winter Formal

Williamsport Area High School will hold its Winter Formal on Saturday, January 17, 2026, and students are reminded to review the event guidelines before purchasing tickets. Tickets go on sale today and are $15 for an individual and $20 for a couple.  Only WAHS students in grades 9–12 may buy tickets, and they may bring one guest who is also enrolled in high school. Students with six or more demerits during Semester 1, more than ten days of absence, or those serving an out-of-school suspension on the event date are not eligible to attend. All guests from outside WAHS must submit the required form and show photo identification at the door. Students must be in school on Friday, January 16, 2026, until 12:45 pm to attend, and anyone who leaves the Winter Formal may not re-enter. Tickets must be purchased by Friday, January 9, 2026, at 2:50 pm, and all attendees are expected to follow the WAHS Student Code of Conduct.  Please see the details below.  The Guest permission form will be available at the ticket purchase tables, in the main office, and is attached to this message.  Any student who needs assistance with sending the form to another school can visit the main office for assistance.
