SAT & ACT TESTING
Attention WAHS Juniors and Seniors:
If you are considering applying to a 4-year college you are strongly encouraged to take the SAT and ACT exams. Most universities will accept the higher score of the two of these exams. You may take these exams more than once in order to improve your score.
If you are a junior, you will take the PSAT- practice SAT this Fall. In addition, it is recommended that you take the SAT twice during your junior year {Winter & Spring). If you are a senior, we recommend that you take the SAT & ACT in the Fall in order to report your scores on your college applications. If you have any questions or concerns about applying to college, please schedule an appointment in the counseling office with your counselor.
