WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (DECEMBER 4, 2025) — Student-athletes from Williamsport Area High School recently demonstrated their commitment to community service by raising funds to support UPMC’s Kathryn Candor Lundy Breast Health Center through the Susquehanna Health Foundation.

Members of the girls volleyball teams and the girls soccer team organized fundraising efforts throughout this fall to promote breast cancer awareness and provide assistance to local patients receiving care. Representatives from each team presented their combined donation of $3,468.20 to Ann Fogleman, associate director of the Annual Fund for the Susquehanna Health Foundation.

The donation will help advance breast health services, patient support programs and early-detection initiatives offered through the Kathryn Candor Lundy Breast Health Center.
