Goal: To develop educator effectiveness models that will reform the way we evaluate school professionals as well as the critical components of training and professional growth.

As the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) works to support the development of more effective educators in the classroom as well as those in school leadership positions, the true goal is to improve student achievement so that all of the children in Pennsylvania's public schools are prepared to enter a career or post-secondary training and become productive citizens.
