Need Tech Support? Student Help Desk is Just a Click Away

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (OCTOBER 6, 2020) — The Williamsport Area School District's Student Help Desk is available to all K-12 hybrid and remote students through the district's Dashboard portal. 

Students experiencing at technology-related issues as they work can reach out to the district's tech support team at any time, which includes a live-chat feature when a technician is actively online. 

Access to the Student Help Desk is available in two simple steps:

  1. Log on to the WASD Dashboard and click on the "Help Desk" icon.
  2. Choose one of the three ways to resolve your technical issue: live chat (if a technician is available), send a report or view the frequently asked questions (FAQs).
