Accessing the Student Help Desk

The district's Student Help Desk is available to all K-12 students through the Dashboard.

Students experiencing technology-related issues can reach out to the district's tech support team at any time, which includes a live-chat feature when a technician is actively online.

Access to the Student Help Desk is available in a few simple steps:

  1. Log on to the WASD Dashboard via the Quick Links menu on the top right corner of the WASD website.

  2. Locate and click on the "Help Desk" icon.

  3. From there, choose one of the three ways to resolve your technical issue: live chat (if a technician is available), send a report or view the frequently asked questions (FAQs).
