WILLIAMSPORT, P.a. (October 12th, 2026) - Williamsport Area School District is recognizing October as National Principals Month, celebrating the dedicated school leaders who play an important role in supporting student success and strengthening school communities across the district.

Principals and school administrators work each day to support students, collaborate with teachers and staff, engage families, and create positive learning environments where students can thrive. Their leadership helps shape the educational experiences of students at every level, from primary school through high school.

Throughout the month of October, WASD is highlighting its principals and deans of students across the district on social media. These features recognize the individuals who lead, support, and inspire students and staff while showcasing the people behind the leadership of each school community.
The district extends its appreciation to these dedicated professionals for the time, care, and leadership they bring to their schools each day. Their work helps make Williamsport Area School District a place where students and staff can learn, grow, and succeed.

WASD is proud to celebrate its school leaders during National Principals Month and throughout the year.
