WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (September 23, 2026) — Williamsport Area High School has announced its 2026 Fall Foliage representative for the 77th Annual Pennsylvania State Flaming Foliage Festival.

Seyla Gallagher will represent the Millionaires in the upcoming Flaming Foliage Contest. Seyla plans to attend college in the fall with the goal of becoming a physician assistant. She currently participates in sideline cheer and competitive dance and also holds a part-time job.

In her free time, Seyla enjoys sewing and embroidery.

WAHS is excited to have Seyla represent the Millionaires and the Williamsport Area School District with pride at this year's festival.
