WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (MAY 19, 2026) — The Williamsport Area High School Class of 2026’s top 5 percent were recognized on Wednesday, May 13, during the 13th annual Top Hat Dinner held on the campus of Pennsylvania College of Technology.

Seventeen seniors were celebrated for their academic excellence, as well as their selected faculty honorees who influenced and inspired that success. Each student also received a $50 award from the Williamsport Area School District Education Foundation, the district’s nonprofit affiliate, which also sponsored the event.

This year’s Distinguished Students were Cooper Allmaras, Kyla Becker, Sadie Bower, William Ciabattari, Alexa Jumawan, Peyton Kelley, Amy Langer, Camden March, Fiona McGehean, Collin Nasdeo, Emma Poole, Calissa Reed, Dylana Richards, Irina Savage, Emma Vollman, Giovanni White, and Adisyn Zangara.

This year’s faculty honorees were D. Ryan Bulgarelli, Alanis St. Clair, Matthew Radspinner, Anna L. Radspinner, Alix Lang, Cara S. Zortman, Michael Murafka, Randy Williamson, Alicia N. Differ, Kevin Werner, Patricia Miller, Sandy Corson, Andrew Paulhamus, Melissa A. Turner, Vikki L. Cipriani, David R. Heller, Molly P. Forney.
