The teachers, staff and administration of Williamsport Area Middle School provide instruction and support to our students and their families. Students do their best when they are supported both at school and at home. Should you ever have a concern or question about your child’s progress or an assignment, or if you are seeking resources or other types of help, we are here.
Daily Schedule
The importance of having a routine is always worth repeating. Children will learn responsibility as they learn their schedules and become comfortable with the increased energy of being 7th and 8th graders.
Classes begin at 7:45 a.m. and end at 2:40 p.m.
Students arriving after 7:45 a.m. will be marked tardy and should report to the office for a tardy slip to take back to class.
Modified Schedules:
Throughout the year, we may have to close or delay the start of school due to weather. In the event of a two- or three-hour delay, we will run our day according to the following:
2-Hour Delay Schedule 3-Hour Delay Schedule Remote Day Schedule
In the event of an early dismissal, classes will end at 10:45 a.m.
