Nonresident Tax Levy

Employers that have locations in municipalities that levy a nonresident tax should withhold at the higher of the employee's resident tax rate or the nonresident tax rate.  NOT BOTH.

We have developed this site to give taxpayers, employers, and tax professionals easier access to local tax information and forms. We invite you to browse around our site and see what's available.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the taxpayers that take the time and effort to comply with the local tax laws. You greatly contribute to making all the municipal and school services possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us if we could be of assistance.
