    Please note that any of the forms listed below must be submitted to the Pupil Transportation Department.     BABYSITTERS/CAREGIVERS
         The Williamsport Area School District recognizes that parents have a need to use babysitters and caregivers to care for their child(ren) before and/or after school. Click on the form below to see if your child(ren) qualify for this type of transportation. This form must be re-submitted every year that this service is requested.
     
     
     
    SPLIT CUSTODY
         The Williamsport Area School District recognizes that some students have split living arrangements with divorced parents. For those students whose parents have a custody agreement on file with the Courts, then the Split Custody form below will need to be completed and signed by both parents. A copy of the Custody Agreement must be included with the form.
         Please note that transportation will only be provided when Primary and Non-Primary residences are located within the boundaries of the Williamsport Area School District and the Custody Agreement must show that the parents have shared legal custody and the parents have 50/50 split custody of child(ren). This form along with a copy of the most current custody agreement must submitted every year that this service is requested.
     

     
     
    NON-PUBLIC SCHOOLS
         The Pupil Transportation Department provides transportation to students residing within the boundaries of the WASD and attend Non-Public School. Students who attend a Non-Public School within the boundaries of the WASD or a Non-Public School that is located within 10 miles of the WASD boundaries will be bused if eligible. To be eligible for transportation to a Non-Public School a student must reside over 1.5 miles from the School for Grades K-6 and over 2.0 miles for Grades 7-12. If your student is eligible for transportation, click on the link below and complete form and return it to the Pupil Transportation Department. This form must be completed every year your student will require transportation.
