| Abstract: | - The purpose of the Credit Note is to evidence the Governmental Unit's obligation to reimburse the Bank under a Credit Agreement (the "Credit Agreement") among the Governmental Unit, the Bank and J.P. Morgan Trust Company, National Association, as loan paying agent for the Governmental Unit (together with any successor loan paying agent under the Credit Agreement, the "Loan Paying Agent") and as Trustee.
- Pursuant to the Credit Note, the Governmental Unit is required to reimburse the Bank for amounts advanced by the Bank under the Credit Agreement.
