| Abstract: | - RESOLVED: that the Board of School Directors of the Williamsport Area School District acknowledges with profound regret the retirement of R. W. (Rusty) Franzen, Jr., from service in the Williamsport Area Schools and expresses its sincere appreciation for his 33 years of dedicated service to our school system as a principal and a teacher.
