Fund as a district depository for investment of construction funds.

Consider approving Stephanie Pardoe, for up to 30 days at her per diem rate for
work completed during the summer for her position as full-time Extended Day
Program Coordinator (funded through Sheridan Project Grants).

Consider a proposal to close the Williamsport Alternative School and house the
Williamsport Area School Districts alternative education program within
the Williamsport Area High School facility.

Consider accepting the following resignation(s), effective on the dates and for

$75,427 and benefits as provided in the Act 93 Meet and Discuss Compensation
Plan, pending receipt of all appropriate paperwork (replacing Rox-Ann Reifer).

Consider approving the following position change(s):

Sarah B. MacIntyre, 1620 Sycamore Rd., Apt. 7, Montoursville, part-time Title I
Reading Specialist at Jackson Elementary School, increasing part-time hours
from 3½ hours per day to 5½ hours per day due to reading specialist
needs required at St. John Neumann Regional Academy, effective August 23, 2007,
at a salary rate of Step 2, masters $43,100, prorated.

STUDENT/COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES:

Consider authorizing the District to provide a tour of the District to new
teachers as part of
the induction program. District transportation is requested and will be billed
to the Assistant Superintendents Budget.
