Tina Jedrziewski, 2776 Bottle Run Rd., Williamsport, as part-time (up to 185
days, prorated; up to 5 hours per day) instructional support aide at Round
Hills Elementary School, effective December 6, 2006, with a base wage rate of
$10.94 per hour, FICA, Workers Compensation, Retirement (if eligible),
and sick leave (per the Agreement between the Board and the Williamsport Area
Education Support Professionals) are the only fringe benefits (replacing Peggy
Welch, who requested to return to Food Service).
8.5 CONTRACTED SERVICES
A.
Consider approving a contract with BLaST I.U. 17, R.R. 2, Box 3364, Canton,
to provide speech and vision services to eligible students for four days each
week
for the remainder of the 2006-2007 school year at the rates of $439 per day
(for
speech
support) and $446 per day (for vision support) [funded from General Fund].

STUDENT/COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES CONTD:
10.1
Consider approving the following student trips:
G.
Seventy-five (75) third grade students from Cochran Elementary School,
accompanied by their teachers and two aides, to travel to the Williamsport Area
High School during December 2006 to attend a play. Students must be in
compliance with the schools field trip disciplinary requirements in order
to participate.
District transportation is requested and will be paid from the schools
Wal-Mart grant. One substitute will be required for half the day at a cost not
to exceed $55.00.
10.2
Consider approving the following request for facility use:
A.
Balls Mills Soccer Club to use the gymnasium at Cochran on Mondays beginning
December 4, 2006 through March 26, 2007, from 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm to hold
indoor soccer training. Balls Mills Soccer is requesting relief of the
occupancy fee
estimated at $350.00. Certificate of Insurance on file.
