WAHS Talent Show
April 16th at 7pm, WAHS Auditorium,
tickets are $3 for students and $5 for adults
New this year at Williamsport Area High School is a Talent
Show being sponsored by the Red Cross Club. Students wanted
to plan a fun event to showcase the variety of student
talent at their school. The students in the Red Cross Club
are eager to raise money to benefit the American Red Cross
Disaster Relief Fund. Money raised will go to the fund to
help victims of local disasters such as fire, flood and
tornadoes.
Talent will include numerous singing acts, rap, dance,
musicians and even comedy. There were nearly 20 auditions
and the Red Cross Club students judged and selected the acts
for the show. Now an enthusiastic audience is needed to
come out and vote for the act they like the best. There
will be cash prizes for the top 3 winners donated by several
student organizations, including the Senior Class, Student
Government Association and the Red Cross Club.
