The above Williamsport Area High School Band students were selected by competitive audition as members of the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association Region 4 Honors Band. The Festival will be held at Montrose Area High School on February 23 - 25, 2012. Students pictured are: Caitlin Chappell, Lauren Taylor,Joseph Taylor, Annie Byham, Josh Gilbert, T. J. Williams, Olivia Angevine, and Colin Fausnaught
